Mike Hanson, President

Mike Hanson brings over 20 years of leadership and management experience to Property Management Inc. Central Kentucky.  He is dedicated to giving the property owners and investors of Central Kentucky the services and management they deserve.  His business model is based on three principles: Professionalism, morality and integrity. Because Mike is so passionate about what he does, he manages your property as if it was his own, and he instills perspective and expertise in all the PMI staff.

Mary Anne Simmons, Principal Broker

MaryAnne Simmons is a Licensed Principal Broker in 7 states (FL, KY, TN, NC, SC, AL, IL) and is a certified Guild member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute and Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate. She has been in the Real Estate profession for 29 years and is a Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) and a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS).  She has owned, or currently owns 11 second homes and invests in multi-family and pre-construction properties as well as second homes/resort or vacation properties/holiday homes. She has her CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation and her CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist), a designation for training in staging, photography, and advertising to help you market and stage your home for sale.  Mary Anne is also an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and NHS (New Home Specialist). She has been selected to be in the Top 5 in Real Estate (All Things Real Estate).  Her experience and expertise in the real estate market helps PMI Central Kentucky offer second-to-none real estate and management services!

Sara Adams, Marketing Director

Sara has lived in Lexington for the majority of her life and brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to PMI Central Kentucky.  Sara takes a great deal of pride in providing her clients the services they need and want.  She specializes in making the real estate process efficient and enjoyable.  Sara is dedicated to ensuring that her clients get what they need.  Sara strives to be the trusted source for Real Estate information, whether you are buying or selling, or interested in becoming a Real Estate Investor, or if you are looking for expert property management services.  Sara is also trained and proficient in the art of selling Real Estate at Auction.  No matter what your needs are, chances are great that Sara is able to provide you with the services that you need.
